Our Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and professional — our refund policy ensures transparency and protects both client and team.

Refund Policy – PromoSpire (2025)

At PromoSpire, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, website development, and creative services. To ensure clarity and protect the integrity of our work, we have outlined our refund policy below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to PromoSpire are for professional time and creative effort, which are non-recoverable resources. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to a project.

However, refund requests may be considered under specific conditions, detailed below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • A formal refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment.

  • No substantial work has been initiated or delivered.

  • The project is still in the pre-production or planning stage.

If any work (including but not limited to planning, design, content creation, research, or development setup) has been started, the refund request will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Delay in client communication, approvals, or required inputs that impact the project timeline.
  • Change of mind or business direction after project initiation.
  • Partial work already delivered or services partially consumed.
  • Third-party issues outside our control (e.g., hosting, domain, platform limitations).

4. Important Note on Client Responsibility

If a client makes an advance payment and then fails to provide timely communication, content, approvals, or direction—leading to project inactivity—PromoSpire will not be liable to process any refund. It is the client’s responsibility to remain responsive and involved to ensure the project progresses as intended.

5. Subscription-Based Services

For services billed monthly (e.g., SEO, social media management), clients may cancel their plan before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for the current or past billing periods once work has begun or deliverables have been shared.
